Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned
East West Lighting will gladly take returns on any item that is faulty when you recieve it. Please contact us ASAP when you are aware of the issue. We do not however, take returns if the item is damaged by misuse, the wrong application, colour or no longer needed. Please choose your items carefully to avoid this.

WHEN do items need to be returned by

We are glad to take returns but we do limit it to 14 days from purchase unless we are contacted.

Items need to be returned to Unit 12, 70 Connors Road, Mackay Qld 4740.

HOW do customers return items
Items are to be sent back to the above address in the original packaging if possible. Please provide a tracking number from post/courier when sending items. This will ensure we can track the item and return your items ASAP.   

SHIPPING for returns
We will return shipping costs if the item is damaged or faulty by the maufacturer. If it is found that it is from misuse, then we will not refund shipping. Please contact us before shipping item. We may be able to sort it out without shipping item. Ensure a copy of the shipping cost is supplied with the item. 

CREDIT for returns
Credit will be in the form of a new item as supplied or if no item available, store credit.

Instore return option
Please see us at Unit 12, 70 Connors Road, Mackay 4740. the building is called Railway Central. We are open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 9am to 12pm Saturdays. Closed on Sundays

Packing materials
Please ensure that the original packaging is returned with the item. (As close as possible)
